ten minutes ago, i accidentaly deleted 4 years of photos and videos of my life. i pressed a button and two thousand little snippets of my life were deleted from the memory of my digital camera.

i honestly feel like crying. i took my camera, because i was bored and started clicking and didn't read the warning and impulsively clicked a button and made a mistake. now i don't have any memories left.

i hate myself. i hate having adhd. i hate it here.
